Booking Details

  • Payment

    A non-refundable retainer (30% of wedding day total) and a signed contract are required to reserve a date. Dates will not be held without a retainer. Retainer is non-refundable under any circumstances.

  • Travel

    A standard rate of $25 at 10 miles will be applied to any on site service. Each additional mile over the initial 10 will e an additional $1..25 per mile.

    Relocations (Any situation in which the hair/makeup station is packed up and moved to a second location) are $50 each per artist.

    Parking for locations which include garage and lot fees, per artist, will be added to the final invoice.

  • Additional Artist

    For larger parties (6+ total makeup services, 3+ hair and makeup)an assistant fee of $150 for the first artist ($75 for each additional) will be applied.

    Additional artist will be handled completely through Wonderstruck Studios. Artist are Wonderstruck certified and use the same professional products.

  • Rush Fee

    40

    A one time convenience fee is applied when the booking is within 3 months of the date of the wedding. All previews and assistants must be booked as well if applicable.

  • Holiday Fee

    Added to all events booked on holidays. (i.e. New Years Eve, New Years Day, Valentine’s Day, Easter, Mothers Day, Memorial Day, Fathers Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day)

  • Early Morning Fee

    25 per .5 hour

    Added when the arrival time is before 7 a.m.

  • Service Minimum

    350

    Because of the demand of services and expenses, there is a minimum that must be met in order to book on site services. In house services do not require a minimum.

  • Bridal Concierge

    Bridal Concierge services can be added to any bridal package. Wonderstruck Studios will be there to assist with any photos, protecting any work already done, and touching upas needed. We will be there making sure that you and your party stay flawless for as long as you need.
